The LiFLEX IV 244 is the smallest four-spindle machine in the range and, with optional i-technology and independent Z-axis, enables minimum tolerances with high output and flexibility.

With a spindle distance of (9") 225 mm and a interference cube of Ø (30") 765 mm (A-axis) and Ø (9") 224 mm (B-axis), it is optimally designed for machining small, high-precision parts.

Its compact design reduces space requirements while maintaining high performance.

Available Loading Options

The LiFLEX IV 244 is available as a directly loaded machine or with double trunnion.

Direct loading is used when the loading and unloading times take only a fraction of the machining time.

The double trunnion is recommended for processes with short machining times and frequent changeover operations.
