LiCON receives the kununu Top Company Award for 2026

• The Employer Award recognizes companies with high employee satisfaction and is awarded exclusively based on independent reviews on kununu.

• Approximately five percent of all companies are honored as Top Companies each year.

The employer review platform kununu has named LiCON a Top Company 2026. The award is based on independent employee reviews on the platform. LiCON is thus among the companies with the best work environment in Germany.

“We congratulate LiCON on qualifying as a Top Company 2026 for the first time,” says Nina Zimmermann, CEO of kununu. “Only five percent of companies qualify for this special seal. This sends a positive signal, both as a flagship for potential applicants and as a reflection of the company culture internally to employees.

“This award confirms our daily commitment to a respectful and modern work environment. We are particularly proud that the rating comes directly from our employees—because their satisfaction and trust are the foundation of our success,” emphasizes Tanja Frank, Head of Human Resources at LiCON.

To qualify for the kununu Top Company Award 2026, a company must meet the following criteria:

• At least seven reviews from employees since the profile was created. Reviews from applicants are not counted.

• A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5), both overall and in employee reviews.

• Over the past twelve months, the employee review score must be at least 3.8 stars.

• At least two new reviews in the last twelve months. An updated review also counts as a new review here.
