School visit to LiCON

Insights into the world of technology

At the beginning of February, we had a visit from our partner school Friedrich-Adler Realschule in Laupheim. The 9th grade, supplemented by technology-enthusiastic tenth graders, had the opportunity to take an exciting look behind the scenes at LiCON.

First of all, the young people were given information about our apprenticeships, study opportunities and the good chances of developing their careers in a family-run company in order to be successful in the long term.

During the subsequent factory tour in small groups, they were given exclusive insights into our innovative technologies and the various departments and were able to get to know our training managers. These discussions provided a good opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the technology and career paths at LiCON.

There were many interesting conversations during a joint final round with pretzels and drinks. We were very pleased with the joint exchange and the great interest shown by the young people.

It was a pleasure to get the young people excited about technology and innovation and we are already looking forward to further joint projects with our cooperation school.
