The manual loading of the machines is increasingly being replaced by automation, mainly by robotic applications, for reasons of labor costs.
In order to avoid interfaces in the project handling, customers prefer to receive corresponding automation solutions directly from their machine manufacturer. This involves the equipping of entire factory halls, in which machining centers are successively installed analogous to the production ramp-up. In order to ensure the maximum availability of these production systems, sophisticated automation and logistics concepts are required.
We do not rely on a special automation solution, but develop individual solutions along a modular system, similar to our strategy of the LiFLEX machine tool kit, which can be configured to meet the specific, individual needs of our customers. In order to keep the setup and commissioning times at the customer low, we force the use of simulation software.
