A scientifically sound and valid employee survey conducted in the course of this competition confirmed that Licon has a high level of job satisfaction among its employees. In order to continue the success story and to be able to grow globally, the Laupheimers want to strengthen the existing team with additional qualified employees.
Licon HR Manager Tanja Frank confirms: “In particular, it is important to us to address not only experienced people but also career starters who we want to accompany in a targeted way in their training. As part of the incorporation of, for example, graduates from mechanical engineering and electrical engineering, we mainly focus on individualized training methods that help young engineers practice their acquired knowledge in practice.”
Accompanying Licon invested significantly in the development of young talent. The company constantly trains around 30 young people to become industrial mechanics and electronics technicians for automation technology. In addition, Licon promotes the practical, extra-occupational study according to the Ulm model and also offers internships as well as supervision of diploma, bachelor and master theses. Executives are also consistently developed. They take part in very intensive training courses. In addition, various management seminars are developed and tested for junior executives.
